Pumpkin Pie spice has become autumn's favorite seasoning. Not only is it great for sweet bakes, it served as the perfect marinade for my chicken and pear salad.

Ingredients
Chicken thighs seasoning:
2chicken breasts
2tbspolive oil
1tbsp paprika
2tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
2tspsalt
1tbspseasoning powder(chicken flavor preferably)
Dressing:
2tbspolive oil
2tbspapple sauce
1tbspmaple syrup
1tbspapple cider vinegar
1tspdijon mustard
1tspgarlic
½tspsalt
½tspblack pepper
1tsp dried herbs of your choice
Other Ingredients
1pear
200gramsbutter head lettuce(or any of your choice)
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients for the chicken.
Drizzle chicken thighs with olive oil on both sides. Set aside. Can be left overnight.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet and once it is hot, add chicken breasts. Flip both them over after 5minuites and continue to cook the chicken for 7 more minutes. Cooking time will always depend on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
Slice chicken across the grain.
Dressing
Mix all ingredients for the salad dressing in a mason jar. Shake vigorously.
Slice the pear in half vertically. Take out the hard mid section of the pear. Turn the pear flat side down and slice.
Plate salad starting off with the lettuce, then chicken and pears. Top with the dressing.
